Review

No, this isn't Metal and the title "Metal skies" is just refering to all the satellites up in space watching us. But the A-side track is indeed pretty close to Melodic Metal. This band from northern Germany plays a pretty fresh and powerful mix of radio compatible Melodic Rock/AOR and Hard Rock while "Metal skies" as already mentioned scratches in places on Melodic Metal territory. The B-side offers just typical AOR in the ELO/ASIA vein but nevertheless a 7" that's worth searching for. "Metal skies" can convince with quite outstanding songwriting for such a village band and the song material had truly hit potential! Pirol seems to be their own label as the only address to find on the sleeve is their own one plus they've produced the EP all by themselves.
