Describe your way to Heavy Metal:

I began listen to hardrock in 1974. My first experinces was Status Quo and later on Deep Purple and Black Sabbath. It was nobody special who inspired me to listen to this kind of music. I just come across albums with the above groups!

How and when did you become a collector?

I began to collect shortly after that. I think it was around 1975 and I find it very interesting of course

What kind of stuff do you collect?

I collect first of all Lp but also Singles, Videos , Demos and magazines

Which styles do you collect?

I like all kinds of Heavy Metal and Hardrock but also some Progressive stuff. I collect everything from Hardrock to Heavy Metal and Progressive stuff. I have no interest in different pressings. I just want to have the records I like. CD is not my main interest either but there are many bands that only are released on CD.

How big is your collection?

I have around 3000-4000 Lp's and around 1500 Cd's and 200 Videotapes

Where do you buy?

I trade a lot and buy stuff at second hand markets around the country. I also put adds in magazines for trade or buying stuff

Your favourite records (by heart or value):

This is to difficult to answer but I have a single with STROMWING called "Cold as ice" and this is for sure extremely rare! I also had MISTREATER selftitled album and it´s pretty rare as well. The DREAM selftitled album is another rare item and I have seen it listed for 100 dollars . CINEMA "Break the silence" is another rare one but it´s not strictly metal . I will call it progressive AOR. ROAD "Breaking out" is another rare one and its great as well. REDSTORM "No exeption of a victim of a crime" (Rarest!!) This is great guitar album in Yngwie vein! AXIA "Selftitled album" and it´s really rare. I have only seen two copies for six years. CARESS "The return of the beast" I don´t know how rare it is but it´s great as well. IVORY TIGER "Metal Mountain" another one. Also CRUSH "Kingdom of kings". I am not sure if this is the rarest albums I have but they are great to me and I am proud owner of them.

Do you trade / buy / sell?

Yes I will trade, buy or sell anything related to Hardrock/Metal
